Spacious and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen with doors out to the pretty covered terrace area. Passageway through to the two twin bedrooms and separate bathroom.
The outside of the villa is attractively draped with bougainvillea and the kidney shaped pool with ladder (6m x 4m) is set to the side of the property. A sunbathing terrace with a large tree for shade is set behind the pool. A pleasant spot to enjoy the good all year round climate.
Within a short driving distance of the airport, beaches, shops and restaurants, Colina makes a good base from which to enjoy South Tenerife.
Villas may sometimes sound expensive compared to apartments and hotels, but where there is a family or a group of friends, they are often cheaper. You also get your own private swimming pool. This Villa sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.
