Tenerife Resorts - La Caleta

La Caleta is a very small fishing harbour, about 15 miles from Tenerife South Airport. It is a short drive, and within walking distance of Playa de las Americas, Playa Paraiso, Costa Adeje, Del Duque, and Los Cristianos. The lovely beach at Fanabe is a short drive.
La Caleta is being more popular as the larger resorts expand. It probably will not be long before La Caleta is swallowed up by Playa de las Americas. The resort only has a pebble beach, but is another relaxed and pleasant resort in its own right, but just a few minutes from the facilities of the larger neighbours.
This is a very central location to enjoy the almost unlimited facilities of the neighbouring resorts.
